A 5 page discussion of the feminist criticism methodology and how it relates to anthropological investigations. Specifically reviews the work of Sherry Ortner, an article originally published in 1974 and entitled "Is Female to Male as Nature is to Culture?". This article has now been reproduced in the second edition of Jon R. McGee's and Richard L.
