The real question, of course, is who is watching on these cameras, how far  will the government allow surveillance to be taken, and is all the constant watching justified? The answer is complicated because some surveillance is needed to provide a reasonable amount of  security, however, no one wants cameras in public restrooms, or wire taps on their phones. This is more than a simple yes or no question and deserves more than the  yes or no answer, because the answer is not a simple one, nor does an extreme view support the interest of the general public, one should think. Consider if every  act, every move were monitored in some way. This would include more than just cameras, but would mean phone taps, aerial photos and even, computer taps. Since September elevens  attacks, it would seem that the nation has held its collective breath, and now in fact is turning blue from holding it so long. The country is waiting to exhale,  but it may come at the price of constitutional damage. The terrorists knew that and know that now. The very thing that has made this country strong has been the  policy of individual rights. However, those rights, it would seem, are the very ones that are being used against the United States administration at the present. Consider this. If  the government allows all the computers in the United States to be monitored for any subversive or encoded messages, not only has the need for increased personnel just run the  taxpayers tab up, but an individuals privacy has just been violated. The constitution provides each individual with certain rights among which is the right from search and seizure without warning,
