    Summary This business plan proposes the establishment of a new business, called "brakes on wheels". The service will provide mobile mechanic services that will be able to check, maintain,  repair or replace brakes and tires on cars and vans. The service will be highly differentiated as the fully qualified mechanics will visit customers at home, work or other place  of their choosing, providing a high level of convenience not offered by any other competitors in the area. Marketing will be able to utilize the distinctive characteristics of the differentiation,  and leveraged local media to provide for cost effective promotion. The model is attractive as it has the potential to be highly profitable, and is also one that is  well suited to expansion through the use of the franchise model. The initial investment of $110,000 will reach the payback period within the first year, and provide an operating profit  of 44% in year two. Therefore, this is advocated as a viable and very attractive business model, suitable for use by an entrepreneur. 2. Business Description The business proposed will  offer a service called breaks on wheels. The service itself will provide mechanics that can visit a customers home to undertake safety checks on cars and replace brakes and tires  when needed. The concept has is based on providing convenience for, drivers, on services is often undertaken separately from general servicing and maintenance.
