of the Christian faith, How Now Shall We Live, the failure of the church (regardless of denomination) has been that the church has failed to embrace or adopt a worldview.
This worldview is central to the thematic structure of the book and in essence if it were to be removed from the total dissertation would leave his presentation without
focus and mode of conveyance. Therefore, it is essential to understand why Colson has determined to hang his ecumenical hat on the worldview. So, why is a worldview important?
According to Colson, there are at least three very distinct reasons. First, human beings crave order and pattern. Without it, and science has born this hypothesis out, human beings, and
