    This 8 page paper considers a proposal. A clinic in China relies on external funding, they treat the poor who cannot afford medical treatment, when funds are low they have to turn many away. There is a plan, the building of an abortion clinic, this will attract middle class women and the funds can be used to support the treatment given to poor families.     in organizations and projects that are designed to relieve world poverty. The organization is aware that where there are systems that rely on donations there is the potential for  a reliance to be created, in the long term this can be unhealthy for the organization of they are unable to be self sufficient, leaving the organization susceptible to outside  influences in the way it undertakes its work, and possible compromises on the potential goals as well as leaving a potential shortfall if the donations fail or funds are withdrawn.  The favouring of projects that can become self sufficient is not only an approach that can be seen as ensuring the future of the projects, it is also an approach  that facilities more projects as the supported organizations become independent. This may also be seen as a maximizing strategy. In China there are  many people still living in poverty, the organization looking for help provide family clinics in several large towns and in rural areas. The aim of the organizations is to help  eradicate poverty, so there is an alignment of the over all goals between the Chinese organizations and World Health and Wealth. The Chinese  organization provides a range of services for the poorest families free of charge, which include post natal care, inculcations for polio and treatment for yellow fever as well as providing  cheap anti viral drugs for patients suffering from AIDs. The current situation is one where there is help needed, the clinics are reliant on donation as none of their patients  can afford treatment. At time when finds are short patients have to be turned away and there are deaths occurring, mainly in children, these are deaths that could have been
