The technique can be used for cabling, sewer pipe, water pipe, electrical conduit and any other item  of infrastructure traveling in a linear manner across - or under - land. Exconom can expect to experience declining revenues in future years operating only in Singapore.  Growth for Exconom requires operation in broader horizons. The purpose here is to develop rationale for a proposal for international expansion. Current Situation  Exconom has had much success in Singapore and has been instrumental in bringing Singapore to the state that it currently enjoys. Singapore is  not a developing nation but one that carries an official designation as a mature economy. It is highly advanced in technological applications and use and has a well-developed infrastructure.  What this means for Exconom is that all large projects that can be expected in Singapore already have been completed. The tunnel-free  excavating technology will continue to have application for homeowners and for those in commercial construction and building maintenance as underground utilities age and need repair, but the country itself has  no remaining undeveloped areas. This is not the case in neighboring countries and certainly is not the case in China. Other members  of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) trade alliance are not so well developed in terms of infrastructure and hold promise for additional years of development. Those other  member nations of ASEAN are Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam (Member Countries, 2005). Not all of these
