The methodology chapter will present and discuss the problem statement, the objectives of the research and the  methodological framework which will be utilized for the study. The chapter will also look at the way in which the design strategy has been formulated, including aspects such as  sampling, data collection procedures, data analysis methods and measuring instruments. Included in the chapter will be any assumptions that are made within the methodology as well as the recognition limitations  which may be associated with the chosen methodology. 3.2 Problem Statement In the commercial environment there are few constants. One constant that does exist is the need for change, as the  commercial environment is consistently dynamic, and those organizations which do not change may be left behind as a disadvantage. For this reason, being an organization that is unable to undertake  continuous learning, facilitating the required changes in a dynamic environment, presents a significant threat to the company performance. Kuwait, like many other  countries, is providing a competitive environment for many organizations, in a dynamic and changing environment. Local distribution companies within this environment operating in a competitive environment, to support the well-being  of the organization the organizations need to focus on create improvements to their performance by creating value. This may be value to the individual employee as well as creating value
