    Indias real estate market is doing. Some criticize the fact that foreign investors are not taking advantage of India ("Another boom," 2005). Of course, that is only true to an  extent. Also, things have changed and currently for example a majority of property for Indiabulls is owned by an American firm and it turned out to be a positive  venture ("Another boom," 2005). Investors are looking to India when real estate investment is at the forefront. Many see positive things for Indias real estate in the future ("Another boom,"  2005). This is important. If real estate is projected to drop in the future, firms that build and sell real estate are doomed. However, the idea that analysts see India  as thriving, and its real estate marking as being driven by other economic factors, there is much to be said in a good way. Still, some criticism is that the  property marketplace in India is disorganized and it is also underdeveloped ("Another boom," 2005). This means that there is risk ("Another boom," 2005). Hence there is some trepidations for investors.  At the same time, the fact that Indias real estate industry is somewhat disorganized perhaps opens the door for others to step in. The landscape offers the perfect opportunity for  investment as well as mergers and acquisitions. However, things are not so rosy. Some also predict a bubble ("Another boom," 2005). This is not an uncommon fear, but if there  is fear of investing in Indias market, there could be problems down the road for some companies. Also, if the real estate bubble does burst, Indias marketplace will get hurt.  However, there is much going on in respect to mergers and acquisitions, as well as other types of investing, particularly as it concerns companies abroad.
