In starting a new business probably the single most important thing that one can do is to create a  detailed business plan. This not only helps itemize the costs and guide the new business owner, but it also is a valuable tool to use when requesting startup loans  from the bank or other financial institutions. The business plan helps to envision strengths and weaknesses of your new business and to make appropriate changes where necessary.  ABOUT THE COMPANY The Mister Eye MRI Company is attempting to start a new business marketing the technology of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. In proposing the idea of the  technology of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, the student will want to first of all consider the business concept. In order to do this we must consider which market segment of  the population will benefit from Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Naturally this technology will be of great benefit to those suffering from internal illnesses; but the actual customer will be the  medical clinics, doctors or hospitals that would need this technology in diagnosing their patients. MRI technology would have to be distributed through medical channels and made available to licensed users.  This could best be done through publication in various medical journals citing the breakthrough technology that is available through MRI. Interestingly enough, MRI is not important only to  the medical field. By making MRI available to researchers at universities for example, it could be that new applications could be found for the use of MRI technology.
