are the same, to et the right prescription to the right person at the right time using whatever method is most appropriate (Anonymous). The comparison may be made with the
use of a Cadillac and a Jeep, both may be fit for the purpose, but they satisfy different customer needs, the pharmacy is seeking to not only provide the service,
but in a way that is best for the end user (Anonymous). Proctor and Gamble tool at total quality as "the unyielding and continually improving effort by everyone in an
organisation to understand, met and exceed the expectation of the customers" (Anonymous). The quality statement by Skilled Pharmacy Care does not state continual improvement, but the rest is all within
that statement and the continual improvement we may argue as inherent in meeting the rest of the goals. All these elements are brought together in the way the company
