Strengths Stainless Steel Studio Inc., has a  number of strengths. The companys ability to meet customer needs with customised products provides is a source of differentiation. This is also supported by the high level of steel fabrication  experience within the workforce (SSS, 2007). The company is able to provide a full range of stainless steel goods are primarily at the catering industry and complemented with a residential  range and selected outdoor groups, such as barbecue ranges, plant pot trims and railings enabling the company to provide a range of solutions. In addition to this the company also  has a number of certifications including NSF (NSF, 2007) and all electrical kitchen equipment being certified by Entela in both the United States and Canada (SSS, 2007). The strength  the company is also reflected in a way that all business has been obtained by referrals only. Weaknesses The company has a number of weaknesses. The first may be argued  as the business model. It is very effective to gain a loss of business to referrals, but in this case the company is gaining most of its work through referrals.  Specialised nature of the company meets this can be a strength, but it may also be seen as a weakness due to the increasing level of competition in the market  and its inexperience in effective marketing. The company has a severe weakness when it comes to marketing its goods, even the website has severe weaknesses with little information about the  products and goods other than photographs (SSS, 2007). The design of the website is attractive, but compared to competitors it is weak in terms of overall impact (SSS, 2007).
