terms of operational management, but project management has been over looked in project management. The influence and management of stakeholder influences in project management is therefore a worthy area of
consideration. 1.1 Aims and Objectives The objective of this project is to assess the potential influence of different stakeholder groups on project management and assess the most appropriate way for
the stakeholder need/interests to be incorporated in a positive manner as well as identifying stakeholders that may be excluded, creating a model of stakeholder interaction model for project managers, identifying
