    leader, who the instigator, and whom will end up being the adversary? This is illustrated in the 1957 movie, 12 Angry Men. This movie tells the story of twelve  men (all stereotypical white and middle class) who by luck of the draw are brought together to deliberate the case. It seems at first that it is an open and  shut murder case, but then, as the deliberations wear on, it becomes evident that the trial is not of the scared minority teenager in the courtroom, but a trial of  the American Court system. As the movie opens the audience learns that a young Hispanic boy has been accused of murder and faces the electric chair if convicted.  The boy is accused of killing his own father with a switchblade. The men who will decide his fate are shown in a very small, hot room where they deliberate.  But what is deliberated is the distinct personalities of the men who realize that they hold the life of a young man in their hands. Their own personal biases, prejudices,  false assumptions, cultural differences, cause them to ignore at times the real issue which is the life of a young man and the truth and weight of the evidence against  him. A coach has been appointed the foreman but he is ill equipped to do the job he has been assigned. He resents wasting his time and he resents even  more the fact that juror number eight has entered a not guilty verdict against everyone else. This man would classically be defined as being the leader type and he aims  to be just that. He attempts to keep things overly formal and tries to run the proceedings as he would his highschool football practices. However, it becomes apparent that he
