FINDINGS Internet based websites are the most useful to all people in finding  the top resources they need. Some of the most common of all Internet applications, as well as the ones most readily recognized by the consumer, are the public web  sites. By definition, a web site consists of a "logical grouping of pages stored for publication on one or more physical servers" (Platinum Technology, 2002, PG); a web server  is the primary caretaker of these pages. An Internet-based application, which can interchangeably be called a public web site, is a means by which an individual or business can  provide a source of information via one-way communication in that the audience can easily receive the data but cannot reciprocate. Four hundred fifty thousand public web sites are said  to be in existence globally with "at least 80 million pages and 2 terabytes of data" (Platinum Technology, 2002, PG). The three primary traits of a web site include the  ability for users to easily acquire information pertinent to their needs; having various kinds of data available on any given page; and being able to access this information via technological  automation. The benefit of being able to automatically collect information on any particular topic is of critical importance in todays technologically advanced world. Because the collection of global  web sites provides data on just about every topic imaginable, users have the opportunity to access that information quickly and efficiently. By availing a multitude of information on an  individual page, users become accustomed to various paradigms that escalate their ability to utilize such an information-rich environment, considered "one of the primary reasons for the webs popularity" (Platinum Technology,
