In this way the student may apply this model  to whatever company they wish. The solicitors in this case will be called Legal Eagles, and although a fiction company will be treated as being real. The company is not  limited as most legal practices as well as accountancy firms are partnerships rather than limited companies. The company has a large number of clients, many of which have come  back many times for a range of services, from house conveyancing to writing wills and other more serious matters such as criminal defences. The paper system has work in the  past, but is becoming cumbersome, and a recent break in to the office indicated an need for more security measures for the paper files. These are now being held on  a separate more secure site. This has the disadvantage of meaning that there my be at leas a days delay in requesting a file and receiving it, if the cline  t has been dormant. A dormant client is classified as client for whom no work has been conducted over the last twelve months. The business is become more competitive,  and Legal Eagles want to promote their services, they have seen drop in income since a rival firm opened nearby. However, they cannot use the files they already have, as  they are files alphabetically by client name and to undertake to contact these clients would be difficult. The accounting processes have been computerised,
