also first aid such as CPR. This is a valuable service and appears to fill a gap in the market. The input
for the customers will come from two general markets. These are for the services from two separate markets and the income derived in two different ways. The first customer input
is from the organizations that deal with childcare. These may be organizations such as nursery schools, little league baseball or other sports association where there is the coaching of children.
These customers may come from individual advertising and the need to screen staff due to the standards of the individual organization. Some of the sporting organization only lay down minimal
standards and the local organizations may want to exceed these standards. There may also be the approaching of the organization head offices or central committees to set up the Comfort
Zone as the standard testing service. The second input customers may also be the individuals that are to be accredited and then
given an identification card. There is also income input from a second market. This is the private market where there is the hiring of staff such as nannies. There may
be the desire to send their potential staff though this system, but in reality this would be a less likely source of income for screening, but may be more useful
in terms of the supply of information. This leads us t the second main input which may be the people who want to work with children themselves. By putting themselves
