These aspects among other characteristics have made the group in the Banana Time case a good  example of an informal, collective, socially interactive and additive group as well as being part of a larger conjunctive group. Several types of  different groups form to accomplish some objective. While many interpersonal relationships may form, the work group itself is considered the most unique it that it is formed specifically to complete  a particular task. There are also several types of work groups which are consistent within work places. The additive work group occurs where all group members perform the same activity  and pool their resources at the end. The work group of the narrator, George, Ike, and Sammy could be described as an additive work group.
